This notice explains what personal information KYDA collects through kydarac.com, and how we use it. It covers data collected through this website only.

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number (if you give it) and your message.
• When you request a consultancy or training: details of the assignment or course, and any documents you send us by email or through our Google Form, such as terms of reference.
• When you browse the site: information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your approximate location and your device type, collected through Google Analytics cookies, but only if you accept them.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include it in your message.

How we use it

We use your contact details, and any documents you send, only to reply to your enquiry or request and to follow up on it. We use browsing information, in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Analytics data are kept for 14 months.

Cookies

The site uses analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the foot of each page.
